Airdopes 141 Pro Buds

Resetting the device usually resolves such issues. To perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 141 Pro Buds" from pairing device history by forgetting the device.

1. Open the lid of the charging case and place the earbuds within the case.

2. Long press the reset button on the charging case for 5 seconds. All four LEDs blink (3+2) 5 times on the case and a red LED blinks 5 times on the earbuds to indicate a successful reset.

3. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

5. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. If the left earbud is charging, the cyan LED flashes for 5 seconds.

3. If the right earbud is charging, the purple LED flashes for 5 seconds.

4. When both earbuds are fully charged, the blue LED flashes for 5 seconds, and the charging case automatically switches off to save power.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken.

2. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

3. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc..

Note: The LEDs located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case. One flashing LED indicates low battery and four green LEDs indicate full charge.

1. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. A cyan LED flashes for 5 seconds if the left earbud is charging, and a purple LED flashes for 5 seconds if the right earbud is charging.

3. A blue LED on the case flashes for 5 seconds when both earbuds have been completely charged.

1. Charging through wall adapter – Specs of the adapter: 5V, 2A

2. Charging through cable/wire – Standard cable: 35 strands @0.10mm diameter/strand

3. Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ none/ 0.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clean the earbuds to restore the original sound.

4. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance (Caution - Prevent your product from overheating through the dryer).

1. Make sure the charging case is charged. Try to manually power on the earbuds, the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

2. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit.

3. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

4. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds.

5. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.

To troubleshoot control issues:

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

1. Try restarting the device.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device.

4. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

5. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

2. While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s CTC to skip to the next track.

• Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.

1. Both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode.

2. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

3. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes.

4. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 141 Pro Buds” to connect.

5. You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode.

1. Switch the earbuds on; both the earbuds automatically enter Connection Mode.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

3. Search for ‘Airdopes 141 Pro Buds’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.

4. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

Case Remaining Battery:

1. 100%: 4 LEDs turn green.

2. 75%: 3 LEDs remain solid on.

3. 50%: 2 LEDs remain solid on.

4. 25%: 1 LED remains solid on.

5. 10-15%: 1 LED flashes rapidly.

Earbuds charging from the case:

6. If the left earbud is charging, the cyan LED flashes for 5 seconds.

7. If the right earbud is charging, the purple LED flashes for 5 seconds.

8. When both earbuds are fully charged, the blue LED flashes for 5 seconds.

Case LED indication when Earbuds are charging from the case:

If single/both earbuds are charging inside the case, the red LED remains solid on.

When both the earbuds are fully charged, the blue LED remains solid on for 30 seconds and then turns off.

Earbuds LED Indications:

1. Low battery (<20%): Red light quickly blinks 3 times every 30 seconds.

2. Power ON: Solid blue light flashes for 1 second.

3. Power OFF: Solid red LED flashes once when powered off.

4. Pairing mode: Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud. The slave earbud LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds.

5. Pairing successfully (1 time indication): Solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds.

6. If pairing is not successful (in pairing mode): The earbuds will show a solid red light once and auto power off.

7. Connected: Solid blue light flashes for 3 seconds on both the earbuds.

8. Disconnected: Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud. The slave earbud LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds.

9. Earbuds Charging: Red LED stays ON for 2 seconds on opening the lid.

10. Fully charged: Solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds on opening the lid.

11. Playing music: All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain)

Factory Reset LED Indications:

When you long press the reset button on the charging case for 5 seconds, all four LEDs blink (3+2) 5 times on the case and a red LED blinks 5 times on the earbuds after a successful factory reset.
