Troubleshooting FAQs

1. Check if the device is in pairing mode, indicated by alternating LED flashes on both the earbuds.

2. Ensure that the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

3. Clear all your pairing history and perform a fresh connection attempt.

4. If it is a passcode issue then enter 0000 / 1234.

5. If the issue still does not get resolved then perform a factory reset

  1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case, the earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode.

  2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

  3. Check and see if factory resetting the device work as desired or not.

  4. Check if the earbuds are charging or not. If not then clean the earbuds and the charging case specially the charging pins and connectors with mild alcohol swab and see if it goes in charging mode or not.

Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue.

To perform a reset on your Airdopes 141 Neo :

Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop

  1. Take out both the earbuds from the case and tap 5 times on both the CTC’s, red LED blinks quickly for 5 times on the earbuds

  2. Place the earbuds inside the case and close the lid

  3. After a few seconds take the earbuds out from the case and perform a fresh connection

Congratulations! Your Airdopes 141 Neo has been Reset.

1. To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. Once the charging is complete, charging case automatically switches off to save power.

  • To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

  1. Ensure that the charger being used has an output of 5V 2A only else the charging case can get damaged. Make sure the charging cable wire is not broken.

  2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter. A Case LED indicates charging and Case LED turns off to indicate full charge.

Note :

  • The LED indicator located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.

  • The charging gets indicated by White LED on charging case. Once fully charged, all the LED will turn off. Use only 5V 2A charger.

  1. Check if the charging pins of the case and the earbuds are clear and there is no obstruction.

  2. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation. A Red led light on either of the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

  3. Clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and connector pins (Metal pins located at the bottom) on the earbuds with a clean cloth dipped in mild alcohol, apply a medium pressure while cleaning and check the charging of the earbuds again.

  4. After cleaning, put both the earbuds into the case in desired orientation and close the lid and then connect it with a 5V 2A charger.

​Note: The LED indicator located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case. The charging gets indicated by White LED on charging case. Once fully charged, all the LED will turn off. Use only 5V 2A charger.

  1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ none/ 0.

  2. Perform a factory reset.

  3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.

  4. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

  1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first, A red light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will turn off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.

  2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct (Output = 5V 2A) for the charging case and if the lights at the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.

  3. Check by manually switching the earbuds On, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds until the LED begins to flash in red and blue.

  4. Try cleaning the charging pins with an alcohol swab. Now place the earbuds inside the case and shut the lid. Open the lid after 5 seconds and check if the earbud LEDs are blinking now.

  5. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire

  1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device

  2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players

  3. Ensure that the controls have not been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

  4. Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere with the capacitive touch control. Clean the control area to remove any oil or sweat and the touch control should start working.

  1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

  2. Try factory resetting the device

  3. Ensure that the connected device is within the Bluetooth range (10m) and there is no obstruction between the airdopes and the connected device

  4. If sweat or water has gone inside the microphone then try to clean it with a cotton swab dipped in mild alchohol.

  1. Check if your Airdopes has IWP tech integrated.

  2. Make sure that you have paired the Airdopes at least once to the device you are trying to use IWP with before.

  3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and it has the Airdopes in the list of paired devices.

  4. Try factory-resetting the device.

General FAQs

There are two ways to switch the ear buds on:

Smart Power On :

To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On) simply take out the earbuds from the carry case starting from the right earbud and then the left earbud.

Manual Power On :

To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the Capacitive Touch Control (*CTC (Touch Sensor)) for 3 seconds on both Right and Left earbuds

  • Smart Power Off:

  1. After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears

  2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation

  3. The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter the charging mode)

  • Manual Power Off:

Long touch the CTC (Touch Sensor) on either earbud for 5 seconds till the earbuds get turned off to manually switch off the earbuds. Please note that it powers off both the earbuds.

To perform a factory reset on Airdopes 141 Neo :

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 141 Neo" from pairing device history by forgetting device

  1. Take out both the earbuds from the case and tap 5 times on both the CTC’s, red LED blinks quickly for 5 times on the earbuds

  2. Place the earbuds inside the case and close the lid

  3. After a few seconds take the earbuds out from the case and perform a fresh connection

Congratulations! Your Airdopes 141 Neo has been Reset.

  1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud

  2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by Red and Blue LED flashes.

  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 141 Neo”

  1. Switch the earbuds on; Both the earbuds automatically enter into the Connection Mode

  2. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

  3. Search for ‘Airdopes 141 Neo’ and tap on the same for pairing & connect via Bluetooth.

  4. To switch to Stereo mode from mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

  5. You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode

•Answer Call : Single tap on the CTC (Touch Sensor) of either of the earphones once, would result in answering an incoming call

•End Call : Once done talking, double tap on the CTC (Touch Sensor) of either of the earphones once, would result in ending the call

  • Double tap the CTC (Touch Sensor) of either of the earphones for rejecting incoming calls

  • While playing music, single tap on the left/right CTC (Touch Sensor) result in pause and another tap will result in play

  • Previous Track : While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s touch sensor would result in returning to the previous track

  • Next Track : While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s touch sensor would result in jumping to the next track

  • Volume could only be adjusted via phone/media devices.

  • Long touch CTC (Touch Sensor) of left earbud for 3 secs to activate the voice assistants such as Google Assistant or Siri

  • Long touch for 3 seconds on the right earbud’s CTC (Touch Sensor) will lead to activating Gaming Mode(BEAST Mode)

  • Case LED indication when Earbuds are getting charged from the case. This is to indicate that the earbuds are getting charged from the case (when case lid gets closed):

  1. CYAN for 5 seconds to indicate LEFT bud is charging from the Case

  2. PURPLE for 5 seconds to indicate RIGHT bud is charging from the Case

  3. If both are properly charged, BLUE for 5 seconds

Pairing Mode

First, the connection happens between Master and Slave, and indicates with BLUE, then enters the pairing mode with the following LED indications:

• Master Earbud blinks RED & BLUE during pairing mode

• Slave Earbud blinks BLUE for every 5 sec

Note : If Master and Slave Earbuds are not connected, it will act as an independent Earbud, and on both the Earbuds, RED & Blue blinks

Pairing successfully (1 time indication)

Solid BLUE for 3 sec

If pairing not successful (In pairing mode)

The same as Pairing mode, if 5 minutes later still cannot be pairing successful, then the Earbuds will show solid RED once and auto power off

  • The Airdopes 141 Neo does support low latency for entertainment and casual gaming. But if you’re looking for a professional gaming equipment, then Airdopes 141 Neo is not the right product.

  • Yes

  1. Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.

  2. Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first.

  • There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage the IWP tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media device.

  • While your earbuds do have a certain amount of water and sweat resistance (reply based on the IP level of the earbud) it is recommended that they are not submerged inside water directly or used for prolonged periods inside water like for swimming/showers as it may lead to damage. (Airdopes 141 Neo- IPX5 rating).
