• Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

• Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.

To perform a reset on your Airdopes 141 Gen 2:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 141 Gen 2" from the pairing device history by forgetting the device.

1. Place the earbuds inside the case and close the lid.

2. Long press the reset button on the charging case for 5 seconds. The following LED indication happens in case of successful reset- All four LEDs blink (3+2) 5 times on the case & Red LED blinks 5 times on the earbuds.

3. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

   Congratulations! Your Airdopes 141 Gen 2 has been reset.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation and close the case lid.

2. The Cyan LED on the case flashes for 5 seconds to indicate the left earbud charging from the case.

3. Purple LED on the case flashes for 5 seconds to indicate the right earbud charging from the case.

4. Blue LED on the case flashes for 5 times to indicate both earbuds charging from the case.

5. Once charging is completed, blue LED flashes for 5 seconds and the charging case automatically switches off to save power.

In the App :

• Check whether the Smart Diagnostics function of the boAt Hearables app can identify any earbud battery issues.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LEDs located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. Flashing LED indicates charging state and 4 solid LEDs indicate full charge.

1. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. If single/both earbuds are charging inside the case, the red LED remains solid on.

3. Blue LED remains solid on for 30 seconds and then turns off when both earbuds have been completely charged.

3. Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ zero/ none.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

4. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.

5. If your device still does not get fixed then perform a factory reset

1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first. The blue LED on the earbuds remains solid on for 30 seconds and then turns off to indicate the earbuds are completely charged.

2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the LED on the case is solid red to indicate charging.

3. Check by switching the earbuds on manually- press and hold the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds until the LED begins to flash blue.

4. Check if the device was not subjected to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or with other media players.

• Single tap the CTC (Capacitive Touch Control) on either earbud to answer an incoming call

1. While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s CTC(Capacitive Touch Control) to return to the previous track.

1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 141 Gen 2” to connect.

1. Switch the earbuds on; both the earbuds automatically enter Connection Mode.

2. This is indicated with alternate red and blue LEDs flashing on the master earbud and the blue LED flashing once every 5 seconds on the slave earbud.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

4. Search for ‘Airdopes 141 Gen 2’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.

5. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

6. You can only skip to the "next track" using the right earbud in Mono/Stereo mode.

7. You can only switch to the "previous track" using the left earbud in Mono/Stereo mode.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

1. Low battery (<20%) : Red light quickly blinks 3 times every 30 seconds on opening the lid. The low battery tone prompts every 5 minutes.

2. Power On : Blue LED flashes for 1 second on opening the case lid

3. Power Off : Red LED flashes for 1 second

4. Pairing Mode : Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud ; Slave earbud LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds

8. Disconnected : Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud ; Slave earbud LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds

9. Earbuds Charging : Red LED remains solid on opening the lid

10. Fully Charged : Blue LED remains solid on for 30 seconds and then turns off

11. Playing Music : All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain)

This is to indicate the earbuds are getting charged from the case (when case lid gets closed):

1. If single/both earbuds are charging inside the case, the red LED remains solid on.

2. When both the earbuds are fully charged, the blue LED remains solid on for 30 seconds and then turns off.
