Troubleshooting FAQs

  1. Check to see if the device is in pairing mode indicated by white LED flashes on either earbud.

  2. Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.

  3. Check to see if the device being connected to supports Bluetooth connection.

  4. Check if it is a passcode issue and if so enter ‘0000’.

  1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case- the earbuds will enter the Connection Mode, indicated by alternating white LED flashes.

  2. If one of them fails to Smart Power On, to manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the CTC for 3 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them on until the LED begins to flash.

  3. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

  4. Check and see if hard resetting the device works.

Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue

(Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop )

To perform a reset on your Airdopes 141 ANC:

  1. Place the earbuds inside the case.

  2. While the earbuds are inside the case, long press the Reset button for 10 seconds.

  3. After successful factory reset the White LED blinks quickly 5 times on the Charging Case & the Red LED blinks quickly 5 times on the Earbuds

  4. Close the lid and then re-open it again after a few seconds.

  5. Perform a fresh connection attempt and enjoy!

  1. To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation.

  2. During charging, White LED on case blinks for 5 seconds

  3. Once the charging is complete, charging case automatically switches off to save power and LED indicator turns off

  • To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter, or a power bank.

  1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case. The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.

  2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter. A Red LED indicates charging and green LED stays solid on indicate full charge.

Note: The LED indicator located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case. The charging gets indicated by Red LED on charging case. Once fully charged, all the LED remain solid.

  • Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation. A White LED light on the case flashes for 5 seconds to indicate they are being charged. This light will go off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.

1. Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.

2. Check if the charging pin of the earbuds is clear and there is no obstruction.

3. Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and if they have been properly inserted inside the case.

4. Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning it with cotton swabs and alcohol.

  1. If the the charging case's battery is less than 30 % then the White LED quickly blinks quickly for 3sec when case lid gets opened/closed.

  2. If the the charging case's battery is between 30% - 70% then the White LED normally blinks (3 times) when the Case lid is opened/closed.

  3. If the the charging case's battery is more than 70% then the White LED stays Solid ON for 3 seconds when the Case lid gets opened/closed.

This is to indicate the earbuds are getting charged from the case (when case lid gets closed):

  1. WHITE LED is Solid ON for 5 seconds

  2. WHITE LED is OFF when Earbuds are fully charged

  1. Low Battery (<30%) : Red LED blinks (3 times) when the Case lid is opened

  2. Battery between 30% - 100% : Blue LED blinks 3 times when the case lid is opened

  3. Power ON : Blue LED is ON for 1 second on opening the Lid

  4. Pairing mode : First, the connection happens between Master earbud (primary) and Slave earbud (secondary), and this is indicated with Blue LED, then it enters the pairing mode with the following LED indications:

    • Master Earbud blinks Red & Blue during pairing mode

    • Slave Earbud blinks Blue for every 5 sec

    Note: If Master and Slave Earbuds are not connected, it will act as an independent Earbud, and on both the Earbuds, Red & Blue LEDs blink

  5. Pairing successfully (1 time indication) : A Solid Blue LED stays for 3 sec

  6. If pairing not successful (In pairing mode) : The same as Pairing mode, if 5 minutes later still cannot be pairing successful, then the Earbuds will show a solid Red LED once and then it will automatically power off

  7. Connected : A Blue LED flashes 300ms - ON and 300ms - OFF, so 3 times each minute = the 20s per times; There is no LED flash when the media is playing

  8. Disconnected: The same as Pairing mode

  9. Earbuds Charging: White LED light on case is ON for 5 seconds when lid is closed

  10. Fully charged : White LED light on case is OFF when lid is closed

  11. Play the music: All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain)

  1. The connected device (phone/laptop) does not have any equalizer settings applied. Go to your system's sound/audio settings and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ zero/ none.

  2. Try to move the Airdopes closer to the connected phone/laptop and all obstacles in the middle should be removed.

  3. Disabling the equalizer also works when the distortion happens on different media players and different devices or only on specific ones.

  4. Check if the earbuds do not have water droplets, in case they do, use a blow dryer from a distance to dry out any water.

  5. Check if the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, and if so, simply clean the hearing net of the earbuds with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to restore the original sound.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/default.

2. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

3. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clean the hearing net of the earbuds with alcohol swab to restore the original sound.

4. If your device still does not get fixed then perform a factory reset

  1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first, A red light on the earbud’s will indicate they are still being charged. This light will turn off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.

  2. Ensure that the voltage of the charger is correct (Output= 5V 2A) for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.

  3. Check by switching On the earbud manually, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds until the LED begins to flash in red and blue.

  4. Make sure the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire

  1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

  2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and whether the controls do not function on call or with other media players.

  3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards

  1. Our IWP™ technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before, instantaneously upon opening the case.

  2. Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device.

  3. The earbuds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first!

1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

2. Check if dust or ear wax has accumulated near or inside the microphone port, there is no blockage on the microphone. If yes then clean it with an alcohol swab.

3. Check if sweat or water has gone inside the microphone.

4. Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.

General FAQs

Power ON

There are two ways to switch the ear buds on

  1. Smart Power ON: To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On) simply open the lid of the charging case when earbuds are being kept inside

  2. Manual Power ON: To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the Capacitive Touch Control (*CTC) for 3 seconds on both Right and Left earbuds

Power OFF

  1. Smart Power OFF : After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears; Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation and close the case lid; The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter into charging mode)

  2. Manual Power OFF : Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds till the earbuds get turned off, in order to manually switch off the earbuds.

To perform a reset on Airdopes 141 ANC :

Note: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 141 ANC" from pairing device history by unpairing/forgetting the device

  1. Place the earbuds inside the case.

  2. While the earbuds are inside the case long press the Reset Button for 10 seconds.

  3. After successful factory reset, A White LED blinks quickly 5 times on the Charging Case & a Red LED blinks quickly 5 times on the Earbuds

  4. Close the lid and then re-open it again after a few seconds.

  5. Perform a fresh connection attempt and enjoy!

Congratulations! Your Airdopes 141 ANC has been Reset.

  • Single tap on the touch sensors of both the earbuds once, this would result in answering an incoming call

  • Double tap the touch sensors of both the earbuds, this would result in ending or rejecting incoming calls

  • While playing music, single tap on the left/right touch sensor, this results in pause and another tap will result in play

  1. Previous Track : While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s touch sensor, this would result in returning to the previous track

  2. Next Track : While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s touch sensor, this would result in jumping to the next track

  • Volume could only be adjusted via phone/media devices

  • Voice Assistant cannot be activated using Airdopes 141 ANC.

  1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud

  2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by red and blue LED flashes

  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 141 ANC ”

  1. Switch the earbuds on; Both the earbuds automatically enter into the Connection Mode

  2. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan

  3. Search for ‘Airdopes 141 ANC ’ and tap on the same for pairing & connect via Bluetooth

  4. To switch to Stereo mode from mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage

  5. You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode

  1. Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.

  2. Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first!

  • There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair your airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage the IWP tech will be enabled automatically and the airdopes will pair automatically to your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on on your media device.

  1. Check if your airdopes model has IWP tech integrated.

  2. Make sure that you have paired the airdopes at least once to the device you are trying to use IWP with before.

  3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and it has the airdopes in the list of paired devices.

  4. Try factory-resetting the device.

  • No, the voice prompts are integrated inside the earbuds and as of now there is no feature to turn them off or lower their volume.

  • No, the earbuds do not have any integrated volume control on them, the volume has to be controlled using your connected Bluetooth device.

  • Ensure that in the Bluetooth settings of your media device, you have enabled syncing of Bluetooth and phone volume levels otherwise you may not be able to fully control the volume of the earbuds as intended.
