1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case. The earbuds will enter Connection Mode indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud.

2. If one of them fails to Smart Power On, try manually switching the earbud on (Manual Power On) - long press the MFB for 5 seconds until the LED begins to flash blue.

3. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

4. Check and see if factory-resetting the device works.

Resetting the device usually resolves such issues. To perform a reset:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 131 Gen 2" from your device's pairing history by forgetting the device.

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

2. Long press the MFB on both earbuds for 5 seconds to perform reset. This is indicated by the red LEDs on both the earbuds rapidly flashing 4 times.

3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

5. If the issue does not resolve through reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. While charging, the 1st and 3rd LEDs on the case remain solid on for 10 seconds.

3. Once the charging is complete, the LEDs turn off.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken. Use other wires and ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case.

2. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, wall adapter, etc.

Note: The LED located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. LED blinks 1 time every second to indicate charging and all solid LEDs indicate full charge.

2. Red LED on the earbuds remains solid on when the case lid is opened to indicate that the earbuds are getting charged. This light will turn off once the earbuds have been completely charged indicates

4. Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and they have been properly inserted inside the case.

5. Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning them using cotton swabs dipped in alcohol.

1. Make sure the charging case is charged. Try to manually power on the earbuds, the powering on is indicated by LED lights on the earbuds.

2. If the earbuds do not power On, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) of the earbuds with cotton dipped in alcohol swab/spirit. Later, wipe it with a dry cotton to not let any moisture retain on the surface.

3. Now place the earbuds inside the charging case, shut the lid and open it after 5 seconds. The earbud LEDs will start blinking as they automatically power on.

To troubleshoot control issues:

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

5. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

• Long press the MFB on the left earbud for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

• Earbuds LED Indications:

1. Low battery in it (<10%): Red LED blinks 3 times with tone prompt every 5 minutes.

2. Power ON: Solid blue light flashes for 2 seconds on opening the lid.

3. Power OFF: Solid red LED flashes for 2 seconds when powered off.

4. Pairing mode: Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud. Slave earbud LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds.

5. Pairing successfully (1 time indication): Solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds.

6. If pairing not successful (In pairing mode): The earbuds will show solid red light for 1 second and auto power off.

7. Connected: Blue light flashes once every 5 seconds on both the earbuds, or no LED flash when media is playing.

8. Disconnected: Alternate blue and red LED flashes on the master earbud and slave earbud LED blinks blue every 5 seconds.

9. Earbuds Charging: Solid red LED on opening the lid.

10. Fully charged: Red LED turns off on opening the lid.

11. Playing music: All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain).

12. Factory Reset Successful: Red LED blinks 4 times on both earbuds after successful factory reset.

• Charging Case LED Indications (Case Status):

1. On charging: LED blinks 1 time every second.

2. Fully charged (100%): All LEDs remain Solid ON.
