Airdopes 115

Resetting the device usually resolves such issues.

Note : To perform a reset, clear "Airdopes 115" from your device's paired history.

1. Open the cover lid of the case and place the earbuds inside the case.

2. Long press the Reset button on the case for 5 seconds; the white LED on the case flashes for 5 times to indicate a successful reset.

3. Close the cover lid and reopen it again after 5 seconds to perform a fresh connection.

4. If the issue does not resolve through a reset, then try to manually Power Off and then Power On.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. During charging, the LED stays solid red.

3. Once the charging is complete, the charging case automatically switches off to save power and the LED indicator turns off.

• To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.

1. Check to see if the wire connected to the case is not broken.

2. Use other wires and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9v or 12v as that will damage the case.

3. The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.

4. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter. A Red LED indicates charging and a Red LED stays solid on to indicate a full charge.

Note: The LED indicator located on the charging case indicates the battery status of the case. The charging gets indicated by a Red LED on the charging case. Once fully charged, all the LEDs remain solid.

1. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation.

2. A Red LED light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

1. Charging through wall adapter – Specs of the adapter: 5V, 2A

2. Charging through cable/wire – Standard cable: 35 strands @0.10mm diameter/strand

3. Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ none/ 0.

2. Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.

3. Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.

4. Check different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

5. Check if the problem occurs at all levels of charging or only at low charging levels.

6. Check if the earbuds do not have water droplets, in case they do, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

7. Check if the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.

1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first.

2. A red light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will turn off once the earbuds have been completely charged.

3. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.

4. Check by switching on the earbud’ on manually, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 3 seconds until the LED begins to flash in red and blue.

5. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

To troubleshoot control issues:

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on a call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

1. Try restarting the device.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. Make sure there are no objects between your earbuds and your connected device.

4. Try moving your device closer to the earbuds to see if the connection improves.

5. Look closely at the microphone hole for any dirt or earwax. If the microphone seems blocked, gently clean that area.

• Single tap on the CTC of either of the earbuds once, would result in answering an incoming call.

• Double tap the CTC on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls.

• While playing music, single tap on the left or right earbud CTC to pause or play the track.

1. While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s CTC to return to the previous track.

2. While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s CTC to skip to the next track.

• Volume can only be adjusted via phone/media devices.

1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by red and blue LED flashes.

3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 115 ”.

4. You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode.

1. Switch the earbuds on; Both the earbuds automatically enter into the Connection Mode.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

3. Search for ‘Airdopes 115 ’ and tap on the same for pairing & connect via Bluetooth.

4. To switch to Stereo mode from mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

Remaining Case Battery:

1. White LED blinks continuously while the case is on charging.

2. When the case gets fully charged, it gets indicated by a solid white LED.

3. Case with more than 70% charge: White LED turns on in solid for 3 seconds when the case lid gets opened.

4. Case with less than 70% charge: White LED flashes for 3 times when the case lid gets opened.

Earbuds Charging from the Case:

5. When the left/right earbud is put into the charging case and the cover is closed (charging), the white LED of the charging case flashes once.

6. When both the earbuds are put into the charging case and the cover is closed at the same time, the white LED of the charging case flashes twice.

Earbuds LED Indications:

1. Low battery: RED blinks (3 times) when the Case lid is opened.

2. Power ON: BLUE light is ON for 1 second on opening the Lid.

3. Pairing mode: The Master Earbud blinks RED & BLUE during pairing mode, and the Slave Earbud blinks BLUE for every 5 sec. If Master and Slave Earbuds are not connected, it will act as an independent Earbud, and on both the Earbuds, RED & Blue blinks.

4. Pairing successfully (1 time indication): Solid BLUE.

5. If pairing is not successful (In pairing mode): The same as Pairing mode; if 5 minutes later still cannot be paired successfully, then the Earbuds will show solid RED once and auto power off.

6. Earbuds in the charging box: In charging status, the RED light is ON; when full charging, the lights are OFF.

7. Connected: Blue light flashes 300ms - ON and 300ms - OFF, so 3 times each minute.

8. Disconnected: The same as Pairing mode.

9. Fully charged: RED light is OFF.

10. Play the music: All lights are OFF.

Factory Reset LED Indications:

• When you long press the Reset button for 5 seconds, the white LED flashes 5 times to indicate a successful reset.

1. No, the earbuds do not have any integrated volume control on them, the volume has to be controlled using your connected Bluetooth device.

2. Ensure that in the Bluetooth settings of your media device, you have enabled syncing of Bluetooth and phone volume levels otherwise you may not be able to fully control the volume of the earbuds as intended.

• No, the voice prompts are integrated inside the earbuds and as of now there is no feature to turn them off or lower their volume.

• While your earbuds do have IPX4 water and sweat resistance, it is recommended that they are not submerged inside water directly or used for prolonged periods inside water like for swimming/showers, as it may lead to damage.
