Airdopes 101V2

1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case. The earbuds will enter Connection Mode indicated by a tone prompt in the earbud.

2. If one of them fails to Smart Power On, try manually switching the earbud on (Manual Power On) - long touch the CTC for 3 seconds until you hear the tone prompt to indicate power on status.

3. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.

4. Check and see if factory-resetting the device works.

• Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

• Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.

• Resetting your airdopes usually resolves this issue.

To perform a reset on your Airdopes 101V2 :

Note: Before performing a reset, go to settings and forget the device from your phone/laptop

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.

2. Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds to perform the reset. The red LED on both earbuds will flash 5 times to indicate a successful reset.

3. Place the earbuds back inside the charging case, close the lid, and wait a few seconds.

4. Open the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ technology integrated.

2. Ensure that you have paired the earbuds with the device at least once before.

3. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your media device and if "Airdopes 101v2" is on the list of paired devices.

4. Try a factory reset.

• To charge the earbuds, put both of them into the charging case in the correct orientation. The white LED on the case will be solid while charging and will turn off once the charging is complete.

• Plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, power bank, or wall adapter. The white LED will flash slowly while charging and will become solid when fully charged.

1. Check if the charging wire is broken. Try using other wires.

2. Ensure the charger is not 9V or 12V, as this will damage the case.

3. To charge the case, plug one end of the USB Type-C cable into the case and the other end into a computer, power bank, or wall adapter.

1. Check if the earbuds are placed inside the case in the correct orientation.

2. The white LED on the case should remain solid while the earbuds are charging and turn off when they are fully charged.

3. If the earbuds still do not charge, check if the charging pins of the case and the earbuds are clear of any obstruction. Gently clean the pogo pins using cotton swabs dipped in alcohol.

2. Charging through cable/wire – Standard cable: 35 strands @0.10mm diameter/strand

3. Any other accessory can be used for charging the earbuds if the above norms are followed.

Note : Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds as well as the charging case. Also, keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

1. Go to the sound settings of your phone and set the equalizer to normal/ default/ zero/ none.

2. Perform a factory reset.

3. In case the earbuds have water droplets, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.

4. If the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.

5. If your device still does not get fixed then perform a factory reset

1. Make sure the charging case is charged.

2. Try manually powering on the earbuds by pressing and holding the Capacitive Touch Control (CTC) for 3 seconds.

3. If the earbuds still do not power on, try cleaning the pogo pins (magnetic charging pins) with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. After cleaning, place the earbuds inside the case, close the lid, and open it after 5 seconds. The earbuds should automatically power on.

1. Check if the controls do not work while being connected to another device.

2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or with other media players.

3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

3. Ensure that the connected device is within the Bluetooth range (10m) and there is no obstruction between the airdopes and the connected device

4. If sweat or water has gone inside the microphone then try to clean it with a cotton swab dipped in mild alchohol.

To perform a reset on your Airdopes 101V2:

NOTE: Before performing reset, clear "Airdopes 101V2" from the pairing device history by forgetting the device.

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case.

2. Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds to perform a reset. This is indicated by the red LED on both earbuds flashing 5 times.

3. Place the earbuds inside the charging case in the correct orientation. Close the case lid and wait for a few seconds.

4. Open the charging case and perform a fresh connection.

• Single tap the CTC on either earbud to answer an incoming call

• Double tap the CTC on either earbud to end an ongoing call or reject incoming calls

• While playing music, single tap on the left or right earbud CTC to pause or play the track

1. While playing music, double tap on the left earbud’s CTC to return to the previous track.

2. While playing music, double tap on the right earbud’s CTC to skip to the next track

1. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in Mono mode. Use Smart Power On for switching on the desired earbud.

2. The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by alternate red and blue LED flashes.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for “Airdopes 101V2” to connect.

1. Switch the earbuds on; both the earbuds automatically enter into Connection Mode.

2. This is indicated with a tone prompt.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.

4. Search for ‘Airdopes 101v2’ and tap on the same for pairing & connecting via Bluetooth.

5. To switch to Stereo mode from Mono, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage.

• Long touch the left earbud CTC for 3 seconds to activate ‘Google Assistant’ for Android devices and ‘Siri’ for iOS devices.

• Case LED Indications:

1. Low Battery (<20%): White LED blinks 5 times when case lid is opened.

2. On Charging: White LED flashes slowly.

3. Fully charged (100%): Solid white LED.

4. When earbuds are charging (lid closed): Solid White LED.

5. When earbuds are fully charged (lid closed): The LED turns off.

• Earbuds LED Indications:

1. Low battery in it (<20%): Red LED blinks 3 times every 30 seconds with a low battery tone prompt every 5 minutes.

2. Power ON: Blue light flashes for 2 seconds on opening the lid.

3. Power OFF: Red LED flashes for 2 seconds before the earbuds power off.

4. Pairing mode: Alternate red and blue LED flashes on the master earbud. The slave earbud LEDs flashes blue 2 times every 5 seconds.

5. Pairing successfully (1 time indication): Solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds.

6. If pairing is not successful (In pairing mode): The earbuds will flash red light for 2 seconds and auto power off.

7. Connected: Blue LEDs on the left and right earbuds will flash once every 20 seconds. No LED flash when the media is playing.

8. Disconnected: The same as pairing mode.

9. Earbuds Charging: Solid red LED.

10. Fully charged: The LED turns off.

11. Playing music: All lights are OFF (But "Connected" status will remain).

Factory Reset LED Indications: Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds: Red LED flashes for 5 times on both earbuds after a successful factory reset.
