1. Check that both earbuds are out of the charging case.

2. They should automatically enter Connection Mode, which is indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes.

3. If one earbud does not power on automatically, try manually turning it on by long touching the Capacitive Touch Control for 3 seconds.

4. You can also try placing the earbuds back in the charging case and then using them again to see if they reconnect.

5. Performing a factory reset may also resolve the problem.

• To perform a reset:

3. Close the case lid and wait for 5 seconds.

4. Open the case lid, take out the earbuds, and perform a fresh connection.

5. If the issue is not resolved, try manually powering the earbud off and on again.

6. You can also perform a factory reset through the app by going to the Troubleshooting section, tapping "Malfunctioning," and selecting "Reset My Device". The earbuds will then show as "Ready to Pair" in the "My Devices" section.

1. The boAt Hearables app displays all currently and previously paired devices in the ‘My Devices’ section.

2. Once your earbuds are paired with your smartphone, the status will change to “Connected” on the thumbnail.

3. Tap the thumbnail to check if both the left and right earbuds are connected and to view their battery levels.

If IWP™ isn't functioning:

1. Confirm that your Airdopes model has IWP™ tech integrated.

2. Make sure you have paired the earbuds at least once before to the device you are trying to use IWP™ with.

3. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and your product name is in the list of paired devices.

4. Try factory-resetting the device.

1. To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation.

2. While charging, a white LED on the case remains solid ON for 5 seconds.

3. Once the charging is complete, the charging case automatically switches off to save power and the LED indicator turns off.

1. To charge the case, plug one end of the provided USB Type-C cable into the case and the other end into a computer, power bank, or wall adapter.

2. If the earbuds are clogged with earwax, clean them to restore the sound.

3. If there are water droplets, use a blow dryer from a distance to dry them out, being careful not to overheat the product.

11. Case Battery Status (30-70%): The white LED normally blinks 3 times when the lid is opened or closed.

12. Case On Charging: The white LED flashes continuously.

13. Case Fully Charged (100%): A solid white LED is displayed.

14. Factory Reset Successful: The red LED on the earbuds and the white LED on the charging case quickly blink 5 times.
