Product Functionality

The power bank is not charging

Try a different wall adapter and cable.
Ensure the cable is fully inserted in the Type-C or Micro USB input port.
Check the LED indicators

The power bank is charging speed is slow

Use a Quick Charge /Power Delivery wall adapter (9V/2A or 18W+) for optimal speed.
Avoid charging via laptop/desktop USB ports.

My device is charging slowly charging

Confirm that your device supports fast charging.
Use high-quality, fast-charging cables.
Try using a different port (USB-A or Type-C).

The power bank is over heating

Keep it away from direct sunlight and do not use in closed environments.
Disconnect all the devices and let it cool down.

The ports are not working

Test the ports with a different cable and device.
Check for dust or debris in the ports and clean carefully.

The power bank is not powering On

Press the power button once.
Check if the LEDs light up.
Connect a device to auto-trigger power-on.

The LED indicators are not working

Charge the power bank and observe LEDs.
Try pressing the power button.
Check if it charges devices despite LED failure.

The power bank is not charging fast (for iPhones or Androids)

Ensure the use of certified USB-C to Lightning cable (for iPhone).
Please use Type-C Power Delivery port for fast charging.
Confirm fast charge support on your phone

The pass-through charging is not working

Use only one device while charging the power bank.
Avoid connecting high-wattage devices during pass-through

The power bank heats up when in use

It happens during fast charging or multi-device use.

How to Power ON/OFF EnergyShroom PB300?

Power ON : Press the power button once or connect a device to automatically power on the power bank.
Power OFF : Automatically powers off when no device is connected. It can also be turned off manually by pressing the power button.

What are the LED functions of my power bank?

The LED functions are basically for the battery level indicators :

1 LED blinking – 0–25%
2 LEDs blinking – 26–50%
3 LEDs blinking – 51–75%
4 LEDs blinking – 76–99%
4 LEDs stable – Fully charged

What are the button functions?

Short press: Turns the power bank ON
Long press: Powers OFF the device manually

What is the charging input and capacity?

Use the Micro USB or Type-C input port.
Recommended: 18W adapter (9V/2A) for best performance.

How to charge multiple devices?

Use the 2 USB-A ports and the 2-way Type-C port simultaneously.
Smart power distribution ensures safe and efficient charging.

What are the charging norms?

Full charge time: approx. 4 hrs 30 min ±10 min using a 9V/2A adapter.
Discharge time under 18W load: approx. 1 hr 45 min ±10 min.

Can the power bank charge the laptops?

the power bank is only compatible with low-power USB-C Power Delivery laptops/tablets (≤30W).
It is not recommended for gaming or high-wattage devices.
