Product Functionality

The power bank is not charging

Try a different wall adapter and cable.
Ensure the cable is fully inserted in the Type-C /USB-A input port.
Check LED indicators.

The power bank is charging speed is slow

Use a QC/PD wall adapter (9V/2A or 18W+) for optimal speed.
Avoid charging via laptop/desktop USB ports.
Recommend using a fast charger for efficient charging.

My device is charging slowly charging

Confirm your device supports fast charging.
Use high-quality, fast-charging cables.
Try using a different port.
Ensure fast charge compatibility. If still slow, test with another device.

The power bank is over heating

Remove from direct sunlight and do not use in closed environments.
Disconnect all devices and let it cool down.
Some warmth is normal.
If it gets too hot or emits burning smell, discontinue use.

The ports are not working

Test the ports with a different cable and device.
Check for dust or debris in the ports and clean carefully.

The power bank is not powering On

Press the power button once.
Check if LEDs light up.
Connect a device to auto-trigger power-on.

The LED indicators are not working

Charge the power bank and observe LEDs.
Try pressing the power button.

The power bank is not charging fast (for iPhones or Androids)

How to Power ON/OFF EnergyShroom PB300?

Power On: Press the power button once or connect a device to automatically power on the power bank.
Power Off: It can also be turned off manually by pressing the power button.

What are the LED functions of my power bank?

Battery level indicators:

1 LED On: 0–25% battery level
2 LEDs On: 25–50% battery level
3 LEDs On: 50–75% battery level
4 LEDs On: 75–100% battery level
Fast Charging Active: The Green LED (boAt Logo) glows when QC 3.0 / PD / PPS is active.

What are the button functions?

Single Press : Turns on the LED indicators. Displays the battery level and charging status.
Double Press : Turns off the LED indicators. Stops charging the connected device.
Press & Hold : Resets the power bank to the default state.

What is the charging input and capacity?

The power bank has a 30000mAh (115.5Wh) capacity.
