Product Functionality Issues

The power bank is not charging

Try a different wall adapter and Type-C cable.
Ensure the cable is fully inserted into either Type-C input port (C1 or C2).
Check if LED indicators turn ON.

The power bank's charging speed is slow

Use a QC/PD/PPS wall adapter (18W or higher) for optimal input charging.
Avoid charging via laptop or desktop USB ports.

My device is charging slowly via this powerbank

Confirm the connected device supports fast charging (QC/PD/PPS).
Use a certified fast-charging cable.
Try switching between USB-A and Type-C output ports.

The power bank is over heating

Remove from direct sunlight and do not use in closed environments.
Disconnect all devices and let it cool down.

The ports are not working

Test the ports with a different cable and device.
Check for dust or debris in the ports and clean carefully.

The power bank is not powering On

Press the power button once to activate LEDs.
Connect a device to any output port to auto-trigger power ON.
Check if LED indicators light up.

The LED indicators are not working

Connect the power bank to a charger and observe LED behaviour.
Press the power button once.
Check if devices charge even if LEDs remain OFF.

The fast charging is nor working for Android or iPhone

Use a certified fast-charging cable (USB-C to C or USB-C to Lightning as applicable).
Use Type-C output ports for PD/PPS charging.
Confirm fast-charge support on the device.

The pass-through charging is not working

Avoid connecting multiple devices during pass-through charging.
Do not connect high-wattage devices while the power bank is charging.

The power bank heats up when in use

Thsi is common during fast charging or when charging multiple devices simultaneously.
Ensure proper airflow and avoid placing on fabric or soft surfaces.

How to Power ON/OFF EnergyShroom PB600?

Power ON :

Connect a device to any output port (USB-A or Type-C); charging starts automatically.
Press the power button once to turn ON the LED indicators and check battery/charging status.

Power OFF :

Double press the power button to turn OFF LED indicators and stop charging manually.
Power bank enters standby automatically when no device is connected.

What are the LED functions of my power bank?

Press the power button once to view battery level via LED indicators.

1 LED: 0–25% charge
2 LEDs: 25–50% charge
3 LEDs: 50–75% charge
4 LEDs: 75–100% charge
Green boAt Icon LED turns ON when QC 3.0 / PD / PPS fast charging is active.

Note: LEDs automatically glow during charging or discharging.

What are the button functions?

Single Press: Displays battery level and charging status.
Double Press: Turns OFF LEDs and stops charging.
Press & Hold: Resets the power bank to its default state.

Note: Button is not required to start charging devices.

How to charge the powerbank?

Connect a Type-C cable to either Type-C input port (C1 or C2).
Plug the other end into a wall adapter or laptop USB port.
LEDs blink sequentially during charging and glow solid when fully charged.
Green LED turns ON when fast input charging is detected.

How to charge multiple devices?

Connect up to four devices using 2× USB-A and 2× Type-C output ports simultaneously.
Power distribution is managed automatically by the smart IC for safe charging.

Can PB600 charge laptops?

It is compatible only with low-power USB-C PD laptops or tablets (up to supported wattage).
Not suitable for gaming or high-wattage laptops.
