Try a different wall adapter and cable.

The power bank's charging speed is slow

My device is charging slowly

Confirm your device supports fast charging.

The power bank is over heating

Remove from direct sunlight and do not use in closed environments.

How to Power ON/OFF EnergyShroom PB600 Powerpulse?

Power ON : Press the power button once to switch the Power bank and LED Display On and see the power bank’s charging status.
Power OFF : To switch the Power bank and LED Display Off, press the power button twice.

What are the LED functions of my power bank?

Press the power button once to switch the LED display on.
The LED display will turn on to indicate the battery status of the power bank and the current/voltage status of the power bank.
When your power bank or device uses Quick Charge 3.0, Power Delivery or PPS fast charging/discharging, the LED display will show two green electric symbols beside the battery percentage.

What are the button functions?

Single Press: Press the power button once to switch the Power bank and LED Display On and see the power bank’s charging status.
Double Press: To switch the Power bank and LED Display Off, press the power button twice

What is the charging input and capacity?
