The power bank is not charging

Try a different QC/PD wall adapter and cable.
Ensure the cable is fully inserted into the Type-C input port (built-in or external).
Check LED indicators for charging status.

The power bank's charging speed is slow

Use a QC/PD wall adapter for optimal speed.
Avoid charging via laptop/desktop USB ports.
It is recommended to use a fast charger for efficient charging.

My device is charging slowly

Confirm your device supports Quick Charge 3.0, Power Delivery, or PPS fast charging.
Use high-quality, fast-charging cables.
Try using a different port.
Ensure fast charge compatibility. If still slow, test with another device.

The power bank is over heating

Remove the power bank from direct sunlight and do not use it in closed environments.
Disconnect all devices and let it cool down.
Some warmth is normal, but if it gets too hot or emits a burning smell, discontinue use.

The ports are not working

Test the ports with a different cable and device.
Check for dust or debris in the ports and clean carefully.

The power bank is not powering On

Press the Power button once to turn ON.
Check LED indicators for activity.
Connect a device to auto-trigger power-on.

The LED indicators are not working

How to Power ON/OFF EnergyShroom PB400 Turbo X?

Power ON :Press the power button once to turn on the power bank. Connecting a device will also automatically power it on.
Power OFF : The power bank can be turned off manually by pressing the power button twice to stop charging. It will also power off automatically when no device is connected.

What are the LED functions of my power bank?

Battery Level Indicators:

1 LED solid: 0–25% battery level
2 LEDs solid: 25–50% battery level
3 LEDs solid: 50–75% battery level
4 LEDs solid: 75–100% battery level

Fast Charging Indicator: Bottom LED glows green when Quick Charge 3.0, Power Delivery (PD), or PPS fast charging is active.

LED indicators will blink during charging based on current battery level.

All four LEDs solid = fully charged.
Bottom LED glows green when fast charging is active.
Tip: Use an 18W or higher charger for optimal fast charging performance.

What are the button functions?

Single Press: Turns on the LED indicators. Displays battery level and charging status.
Double Press: Turns off the LED indicators and stops charging connected devices
Press & Hold: Resets the power bank to its default state.

What is the charging input and capacity?

Capacity: 20000 mAh.
Input: The power bank can be charged via the built-in Type-C cable or the dedicated Type-C (2-Way) Port. Use an 18W or higher charger for optimal fast charging performance.

How to charge multiple devices?

USB-A Output: Connect your device via USB-A cable.
Built-in Type-C Cable: Directly connect to your device.
Type-C (2-Way) Port: Use a compatible Type-C cable to charge additional devices.

How long does it take to fully charge or discharge?

Can the power bank charge the laptops?

The power bank only supports low-power USB-C PD laptops/tablets (≤30W).
