Troubleshooting FAQs

Product Functionality

The power bank is not charging

Try a different wall adapter and Type-C cable.
Ensure the cable is fully inserted into the input port.
Check if the LED Percentage Display turns ON.

Note: Charging via laptop ports may be slower

My device is charging slowly

General:

Confirm the device supports fast charging (QC 3.0 / PD / PPS).
Use a certified high-quality cable.
Test using both the built-in Type-C cable and Type-C port.

Wired:

Ensure the device supports QC / PD / PPS fast charging.
Use a certified fast-charging cable.
Try charging via both the attached cable and Type-C port.

Note: Pass-through charging may reduce output.

The power bank is over heating

Remove from direct sunlight and do not use in closed environments.
Disconnect all devices and let it cool down.
Some warmth is normal but f it gets too hot or emits burning smell, discontinue use.

The wireless charging is not working

Ensure phone is centered on the Qi2 magnetic surface.
Remove thick or metal cases.
Check LED: Green Lightning = Qi2 Fast Wireless Charging.
Press the power button once if wireless charging doesn’t auto-start.

Note: Non-MagSafe phones must use the

The ports are not working

Test the ports with a different cable and device.
Check for dust or debris in the ports and clean carefully.

Note: Note: Faulty cables often mimic port failure.

The power bank is not powering On

Press the power button once to activate LEDs.
Connect a device to auto-trigger the power bank.
Charge for at least 15 minutes and retry.

The LED indicators are not working

Charge the power bank and watch for LED response.
Press the power button once.
Check if wired/wireless charging still works.

The device is charging and discharging simultaneously

When charging two devices at the same time (one through wired charging and one through the wireless Qi2 surface), the charging speeds may be reduced to maintain stable output.
5W Wireless charging.
5V Wired charging.
Once either device is disconnected, the remaining device will switch back to fast charging automatically (QC 3.0 / PD / PPS for wired or Qi2 fast wireless).

The pass-through charging is not working

Limit pass-through use to low-power devices.
Avoid connecting high-wattage devices during input charging.
Ensure adapter meets required specs.

The power bank gets warm when in use

Clean magnetic pad (dust/oil reduces grip).
Ensure MagnaCharge Ring is installed correctly on non-MagSafe phones.
Remove thick or silicone-metal hybrid cases.

Note: Case thickness heavily affects magnetic strength.

A foreign object or an incompatible device is detected

If the LED percentage icon blinks, a foreign object or incompatible device is detected.
Check if the device supports Qi or Qi2 wireless charging.
Disconnect both the power bank and phone, then reconnect.
Ensure no clutter on the transmitter surface.
Press the power button once if wireless charging does not start automatically.

Note: Misalignment or metal accessories can also trigger blinking.

Device Controls

What are the button functions?

Single Press: Turns on the device and activates the LED indicators to display the current battery level.
Double Press: Turns off the device and switches off all LED indicators.
Long Press (3 seconds): Activates Low Power Charging Mode, designed for safe and efficient charging of low-power devices such as smartwatches and wireless earbuds.

What are the LED functions of my power bank?

Press the power button once to switch the LED display on and see the charging status of the powerbank.
The LED Display will turn on to indicate the battery status of the power bank.
When your power bank or device uses QC 3.0, PD, PPS fast charging/discharging, or when Qi2 Wireless Fast Charging is active, the LED Display will show a green lightning icon next to the battery percentage.

How to charge the power bank?

General:

Connect the Type-C connector (built-in cable or Type-C port) to the Type-C port of the power bank to begin charging the PB330 Pro MagnaCharge.
Then, connect the other end of the Type-C connector to a compatible wall adaptor or laptop/computer USB Type-C port.
The LED percentage display will turn on to indicate charging progress. The display will show 100% when the power bank is fully charged.
If you are charging the power bank with a compatible QC 3.0, PD, or PPS fast charger, the LED display will show a green lightning icon next to the battery percentage.

Note: Output from a computer’s USB Type-C port is lower than a wall adaptor, so charging may take longer.

How to charge my device via wired/wireless charging?

Wired:

Connect your device to the power bank using the built-in Type-C cable or the Type-C (2-Way) port, depending on your device’s connector type.
If the power bank does not start charging automatically, single press the power button to begin charging.
If your device supports QC 3.0, Power Delivery or PPS fast charging, the LED Display will show a green lightning icon next to the battery percentage.

Note: When using Pass-Through Charging (charging the power bank while it charges another device), the charging speed for both input and output may be slower.

Wireless:

To start wireless charging, place your phone centered on the Qi2 magnetic wireless charging surface. If your device has a magnetic surface (MagSafe/Qi2), it will attach to the magnet of the powerbank firmly when aligned correctly.
If your device doesn’t start charging, ensure it supports wireless charging. If it is compatible but still not charging, adjust the position on the pad until the charging icon appears on your device’s screen.
When 15W Qi2 Wireless Fast Charging, the LED display will show a green lightning icon next to the battery percentage.

Note: In case wireless charging does not automatically start when the device is in the correct orientation (refer to image above), press the power button once to activate wireless charging.

What are the charging norms and guidelines?

Fully charge the power bank before first use.
Recommended Adapter: 5V/2A.
Cable Norms: Standard Cable (35 strands @ 0.10 mm).
Other accessories can be used if their specifications match the above norms.

Note: Use certified cables and chargers for best performance and safety.
