Product Functionality Issues

The power bank is not charging

Try a different wall adapter and cable.
Ensure the cable is fully inserted in the input port.
Check LED indicators.

The power bank's charging speed is slow

Use a QC/PD wall adapter (9V/2A or 18W+) for optimal speed.
Avoid charging via laptop/desktop USB ports.

My device is charging slowly

Confirm your device supports fast charging.
Use high-quality, fast-charging cables.
Try using a different port.

The power bank is over heating

Remove from direct sunlight and do not use in closed environments.
Disconnect all devices and let it cool down.
Some warmth is normal. If it gets too hot or emits burning smell, discontinue use.

The ports are not working

Test the ports with a different cable and device.
Check for dust or debris in the ports and clean carefully.

The power bank is not powering On

Press the Power button once to turn ON.
Check LEDs light up.
Connect a device to auto-trigger power-on.

The LED indicators are not working

Charge the power bank and observe LEDs.
Try pressing the power button.
Check if it charges devices despite LED failure.

The power bank is not charging fast (for iPhones or Androids)

Confirm your phone supports QC 3.0, PD, or PPS fast charge.

The pass-through charging is not working

Use only one device while charging the power bank.

The power bank heats up when in use

How to Power ON/OFF EnergyShroom PB300 Activ?

Power ON : Press the power button once to turn on the power bank. Connect a device to automatically power it on.
Power OFF : It can also be turned off manually by pressing the power button twice.

What are the LED functions of my power bank?

To Check Status: Press the power button once to switch the LED indicator on and see the charging status.
Battery Level Indicators:

1 LED in solid light: 0–25% battery level.
2 LEDs in solid light: 25–50% battery level.
3 LEDs in solid light: 50–75% battery level.
All LEDs in solid light: 75–100% battery level.

Fast Charging Indicator: The rightmost LED indicator will turn green when the power bank or device uses Quick Charge 3.0, Power Delivery, or PPS fast charging/discharging.

What are the button functions?

Single Press: To turn the power bank and LED indicator on.
Double Press: To turn the power bank and LED indicator off.
Press and Hold (10 seconds): To reset the power bank while it is on.

What is the charging input and capacity?
