1. Warmth is normal during 15W wireless or dual charging.

2. Avoid fabric surfaces.

1. Confirm if the device supports Qi wireless charging (5W/7.5W/10W/15W).

2. Align device at center of magnetic surface.

3. If it is a non-magnetic device, install the MagnaCharge Ring properly.

4. Press the power button once if wireless doesn’t start automatically.

1. Confirm device supports PD/PPS output.

2. Use a compatible Type-C fast charging cable.

3. Check for Green LED during wired fast discharge.

1. Remove devices and check for foreign objects (coins, metal).

2. Clean wireless surface.

3. Re-align device.

1. Ensure MagnaCharge Ring is installed exactly over the wireless coil area.

2. The case must be a smooth PC/TPU and less than 4mm thickness.

3. Clean surface before reinstalling ring.

1. Test the ports with a different cable and device.

2. Check for dust or debris in the ports and clean carefully.

Note: Note: Faulty cables often mimic port failure.

1. Single press power button to turn ON.

2. If no response, charge for 30 mins using 9V/2A or 12V/1.5A adapter.

1. Press the power button once to activate the LED display.

2. Observe 1–4 white LEDs (0–100% battery levels).

3. Check Green/Cyan/Blue indicator behavior.

1. Fully Charged by 12V / 1.5A adaptor: 1 Hour 25 Minutes ± 10 min

2. Fully Discharged by 10W load: 1 Hour 30 Minutes ± 10 min

1. When charging power bank + device together, speed reduces.

1. Check for FOD (Blue LED blinking).

2. Reposition device properly.

3. Press the power button once to reactivate.

• Wired + Wireless simultaneously reduces to 5W wireless + 5V wired.

If a foreign object or incompatible device is detected, the blue led may blink as a warning. Please ensure your device supports wireless charging to continue. If this occurs, follow the steps below:

1. Disconnect both the power bank and the device, then reconnect and try again.

2. Ensure the wireless charging surface is clean and free from any objects.

3. Press the power button once if wireless charging does not start automatically.

   

Note: In case wireless charging does not automatically start when the device is in the correct orientation (refer to image above), press the power button once to activate wireless charging.

The LED indicators display the current charging and discharging status of the power bank. Press the power button once to switch the LED display on and see the charging status of the power bank.

The right-most indicator will turn on in three different colour states depending on the charging/discharging state of the power bank as follows:

1. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible power adapter or laptop or computer USB port.

2. The LED indicator will turn on to indicate that the power bank is charging.

3. If you are charging the power bank with a compatible PD or PPS fast charger, the green LED indicator will turn on.

4. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable from the power bank.

Wired:

Connect your device to the power bank using the Type-C 2-way port.

If the power bank does not start charging automatically, single press the power button to begin charging.

If your device supports PD or PPS fast charging, the green LED indicator will turn on during fast charging or discharging.

Note: When using Pass-Through Charging (charging the power bank while it charges another device), the charging speed for both input and output may be slower.

Wireless:

1. Place your device at the center of the wireless charging area on the power bank.

2. If your device supports magnetic alignment, ensure it is properly aligned for stable charging.

3. If your device doesn’t start charging, please ensure it is compatible with wireless charging. If your device is compatible but doesn’t start charging, refer to the placement image in the ‘in case of improper functioning’ section and adjust the position until the charging icon on your device is displayed.

4. Cyan LED indicates wireless fast discharging.

5. Blue LED (Solid) indicates wireless charging up to 5W.

6. If a foreign object is detected, the Blue LED will blink, and charging will stop automatically.

1. When charging two devices at the same time (one through wired charging and one through the wireless magnetic surface), the charging speeds may be reduced to maintain stable output.

   1. – 5W Wireless charging.

   2. – 5V Wired charging.

2. Once either device is disconnected, the remaining device will switch back to fast charging automatically.

Note: In case wireless charging does not automatically start when the device is in the correct orientation (refer to the placement image in the ‘in case of improper functioning’ section), press the power button once to activate wireless charging.

1. If your device does not have an inbuilt magnetic surface but supports wireless charging, you can attach the included Free MagnaCharge Ring to enable magnetic alignment.

2. Remove the protective film from both sides of the ring. Then place the adhesive side directly over your device’s wireless charging coil (refer to the image). This is the same spot where your device charges wirelessly even without the ring.

3. You may also apply the ring on your device’s case, provided:

• The case has a smooth PC/TPU surface.

• The case thickness is less than 4 mm.

• The surface is flat and clean before installation
