Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device.

Check if the device is in AUX mode because the remote buttons will not work in AUX mode.

Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players.

Check if the remote control has been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

Before you press any playback control button, first select the correct source.

Reduce the distance between the remote control and the unit.

Insert the battery with its polarities (+/-) aligned as indicated.

Check that the batteries in the remote are functional and of the correct type; try to replace the battery.

Check to see if the device has been properly connected, i.e. the jack is properly inserted into the device for AUX.

Check if it is properly connected with the HDMI cable from the unit's HDMI (eARC) slot to the HDMI (eARC) slot on your eARC compatible TV.

Check if the protective cap of the OPTICAL cable is removed, then connect the OPTICAL cable to the TV’s OPTICAL OUT socket and the OPTICAL port on the unit.

Check if the USB flash drive that is connected is functional.

Check if it is connected by Bluetooth then it is paired properly and the “bt” on the display is not blinking to indicate it is properly paired in Bluetooth mode.

When using either of the Digital inputs, if there is no audio, try setting the TV output to PCM or connect directly to your Blu-Ray/other source; some TVs do not pass-through digital audio, check the TV manual for details.

Your TV may be set to variable audio output. Confirm that the audio output setting is set to FIXED or STANDARD, not VARIABLE. Consult your TV’s user manual for more detailed information.

Check if the device has been properly connected to the power socket and if the problem occurs on all modes of playback.

If connected to the TV, ensure that the connections are secure, the TV supports the playback mode and the volume is set properly on the TV.

Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

Check if the Aavante Bar Prime 5.1.2 5050DA and the subwoofer are plugged in properly to the power source.

Check if the devices are turned on using the button on the soundbar or the remote.

Check if there are any loose wirings.

Turn off the power switch and wait for a few minutes and try again.

Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device.

Utilize the provided power cable to connect the AC port of the subwoofer to a power socket.

On your phone, search for “AAVANTE PRIME 5.1 5050 Dolby” and connect.

The unit automatically enters standby mode when no audio input is received for 30 minutes.

It wakes up when any button is pressed or source input is received.

To shut down completely, unplug the power cord.

It's recommended to turn off the unit completely to save energy when not in use.

Turn on the soundbar. Short press the M button on the soundbar or the INPUT button on the remote to select Bluetooth mode; the device goes into Bluetooth mode.

On your media device under Bluetooth functionality, search for

“AAVANTE PRIME 5050 ATMOS” when both the devices are within the Bluetooth transmission range and select the same to establish Bluetooth connectivity. (Press ‘0000’, if asked for a code)

Once connected, the flickering ‘BT’ indicator becomes stable on the LED display.

The soundbar gets reconnected to the last paired device by default within working range whenever the soundbar gets switched on subsequently.

Long press the Mute button on the remote control for more than 5 seconds to unpair with the connected media device.

Short press the Mode button repeatedly on the soundbar or press the INPUT button on the remote control to switch between Bluetooth (BT), AUX, HDMI (e-ARC), USB, and Optical modes.

EQ Modes: The soundbar has 3 Equalizer modes - Music, Movie & News.

Plug in your USB drive into the soundbar’s USB port.

Short press the “M” button on the soundbar or the INPUT button on the remote repeatedly to switch to USB mode; indicated by “USB” on the LED display.

Utilize the provided 3.5 mm cable to connect the soundbar to your media device.
