Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device.

Check if the protective cap of the OPTICAL cable is removed, then connect the OPTICAL cable to the TV’s OPTICAL OUT socket and the OPTICAL port on the unit.

Check if the USB flash drive that is connected is functional.

Check if it is connected by Bluetooth then it is paired properly and the “bt” on the display is not blinking to indicate it is properly paired in Bluetooth mode.

When using either of the Digital inputs, if there is no audio, try setting the TV output to PCM or connect directly to your Blu-Ray/other source; some TVs do not pass-through digital audio, check the TV manual for details.

Your TV may be set to variable audio output. Confirm that the audio output setting is set to FIXED or STANDARD, not VARIABLE. Consult your TV’s user manual for more detailed information.

Check if the device has been properly connected to the power socket and if the problem occurs on all modes of playback.

If connected to the TV, ensure that the connections are secure, the TV supports the playback mode and the volume is set properly on the TV.

Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

Check if the Aavante Bar Prime 5.1 5000D and the subwoofer are plugged in properly to the power source.

Check if the devices are turned on using the button on the soundbar or the remote.

Check if there are any loose wirings.

Turn off the power switch and wait for a few minutes and try again.

For USB it will play upon connection of a USB drive.

Turn on the soundbar.

Short press the M button on the soundbar or the INPUT button on the remote to select Bluetooth mode.

On your media device under Bluetooth functionality, search for “AAVANTE PRIME 5.1 5000 Dolby” and select the same to establish Bluetooth connectivity.

The soundbar gets reconnected to the last paired device by default within working range whenever the soundbar gets switched on subsequently.

On the soundbar, short press in steps to increase or decrease the volume.

On the remote, short press VOL+ button to increase the volume.

Short press VOL- button to decrease the volume.

On the remote, in BT and USB mode only, short press Previous Track to return to the previous track.

Short press Next Track to skip to the next track.

Plug in your USB drive into the soundbar’s USB port.

Short press the “M” button on the soundbar or the INPUT button on the remote repeatedly to switch to USB mode.

Utilize the provided 3.5 mm cable to connect the soundbar to your media device.

Short press the “M” button on the soundbar or the INPUT button on the remote multiple times to switch to AUX mode.

Playback must be controlled from the connected media device.

Plug in HDMI (eARC) cable into the HDMI(eARC) port on the soundbar and plug in the other side to a TV or other media device with HDMI(eARC) port.

Short press the Mode button on the soundbar or the INPUT button on the remote repeatedly to switch to HDMI(eARC) mode.

Utilize an optical cable to connect the soundbar and TV / other media device with the optical port.

Short press the Mode button on the soundbar or the INPUT button on the remote repeatedly to switch to Optical mode.

The Amazon Firestick will not connect to the soundbar.

The soundbar and the Amazon Firestick will connect separately to the TV.
