The Sound is distorted or low

Check if the connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.
Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.
Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.
Check for different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.
Check if the problem occurs when connected to different power sockets.

There is no sound output

Check to see if the device has been properly connected, i.e. the jack is properly inserted into the device for AUX.
Check if the USB that is connected is functional.
Check if it is connected by Bluetooth then it is paired properly and the blue light is not blinking to indicate it is properly paired.
When using either of the Digital inputs, if there is no audio, try setting the TV output to PCM or connect directly to your Blu-ray/other source, some TVs do not pass-through digital audio.
Your TV may be set to variable audio output. Confirm that the audio output setting is set to FIXED or STANDARD, not VARIABLE.
Check if the device has been properly connected to the power socket and if the problem occurs on all modes of playback.
Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

The soundbar is not turning On

Check if the Aavante Bar Aspire and the subwoofer are plugged in properly to the power source.
Check if the devices are turned on using the button on the soundbar or the remote.
Check if there are any loose wirings.
Turn off the power switch and wait for a few minutes and try again.

The in-built controls are not working

Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device.
Check if the device is in AUX mode because the buttons will not work in AUX mode.
Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players.
Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

How to power On the soundbar?

Toggle towards the right side to power On the device.

How to connect the soundbar via Bluetooth?

Turn on the Sound Bar.
Search for “Aavante Bar Aspire” and connect.

How is the charging indicated?

While charging the red LED gets lit, whereas once the charge gets complete it get indicated by the LED getting turned Off.

How to change the mode of connection?

Press the “ Mode button” to change the mode’s:

USB Mode
Aux Mode

How to perform a reset?

To Reset the Bluetooth History Long Press Play/Pause Button for 3 Seconds.

How to enable Bluetooth pairing?

Activate your media device's Bluetooth functionality and search “Aavante Bar Aspire” and as soon as it gets selected by you and paired, music can be played wirelessly.

How to play/pause?

In BT/USB and AUX mode, short press the "▶||" button to play/pause the sound.

How to play audio via Bluetooth connection?

Turn the soundbar on. (By default, Bluetooth mode gets switched on).
Activate your media device's Bluetooth functionality and search “Aavante Bar Aspire” and as soon as it gets selected by you and paired, music can be played wirelessly.
Under Bluetooth mode, single press Play/Pause button to answer & hang up the call.
Long press Play/Pause button to reject the call.
To Reset the Bluetooth History Long Press Play/Pause Button for 3 Second.

Note: The soundbar can automatically reconnect to the last paired device whenever switched on in the BT mode.

How to control the volume?

Short press the '-' button in steps to reduce the master volume.
Short press the Volume '+' button in steps to increase the master volume.

How to change the music tracks?

Previous Track: Long press Volume Decrease '-' button to go back to the previous track.
Next Track: Long press Volume Increase '+' button to skip to the next track.

How to switch between different modes?

Short press the Mode (MFB) Button to turn to BT/USB/Aux mode/FM.

How to play audio via USB mode?

Turn on the soundbar and switch it to the desired mode.
Connect it with the respective mode (AUX/USB/FM) and start the playback.
For USB it will Play directly upon connection of a USB drive.

How to play audio via AUX mode?

Turn on the soundbar and switch it to the desired mode.
Connect it with the respective mode (AUX/USB/FM) and start the playback.

How do I activate the FM radio function?

Insert the charging cable or aux cable into the slot for an external antenna to enhance the signal.
Press the "M" button to enter the FM mode.
Press the "Play/Pause" button to search channels automatically

Does it have FM?

Yes, it does have an in-built FM.

Does it Support Alexa?

No, it doesn't support Alexa.

How do you connect it with Amazon Firestick?

The Amazon Firestick will not connect to the soundbar.
The soundbar and the Amazon Firestick will connect separately to the TV.

Does it support Dolby Audio?

No, it does not support Dolby Audio technology.

Does the Subwoofer have separate controls / Can it be used Separately?

No, it can be use with Sound bars only
