Troubleshooting FAQs

  1. Soundbar will be connected with the rear Speakers automatically as soon as the unit power on, the user does not need to get them paired manually.

  2. If above automatically connection is unsuccessfully, please follow the steps below to correct manually:

  3. For Soundbar: Long Press the: “Play/Pause” button on remote control for 3 second to enter the pairing mode; the soundbar will ONLY stay in pairing mode for one minute. The Soundbar display will show “PAIR” for 2 second when entering pairing mode.

  4. For Rear Speaker: Long Press the pair button on the back of the rear speaker for 3 seconds to enter the pairing state, rear speakers will ONLY stay in pairing mode for one minute.

  5. After completing the above 2 steps, the audio will automatically connect within 10 seconds.

Note: when the soundbar is connected to rear speakers, if you press and hold the pair button on the back of the rear speaker for 3 seconds by mistake, they will automatically reconnect after disconnect for 1 minute.

  • Short press the “INPUT” button on Sound Bar or remote controller to switch it to BT mode. On your phone search for “Aavante Bar 3200D” and connect.

  • Press Input to enter AUX/USB/Bluetooth/Optical/HDMI(ARC) selection Mode

  • The Amazon Firestick will not connect to the Soundbar. The Sound Bar and the Amazon Firestick would connect separately to the TV.

  1. Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

  2. Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.

  3. Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.

  4. Check for different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

  5. Check if the problem occurs when connected to different power sockets.

  1. Check to see if the device has been properly connected, i.e. the jack is properly inserted into the device for aux, properly connected with the HDMI cable from unit's HDMI (ARC) slot to the HDMI (ARC) slot on your ARC compatible TV, check if the protective cap of the OPTICAL socket is removed, then connect an OPTICAL cable to the TV’s OPTICAL OUT socket and the OPTICAL socket on the unit, the USB that is connected is functional or if it is connected by Bluetooth then it is paired properly and the blue light is not blinking to indicate it is properly paired in Bluetooth mode.

  2. When using either of the Digital inputs, if there is no audio, try setting the TV output to PCM or connect directly to your Blu-ray/other source, some TVs do not pass-through digital audio, check the TV manual for details.

  3. Your TV may be set to variable audio output. Confirm that the audio output setting is set to FIXED or STANDARD, not VARIABLE. Consult your TV’s user manual for more detailed information.

  4. Check if the device has been properly connected to the power socket and if the problem occurs on all modes of playback. If connected to the TV, ensure that the connections are secure, the TV supports the playback mode and the volume is set properly on the TV.

  5. Check if the device was not subject to any mis handling, or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.

  1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device

  2. Check if the device is in aux mode because the remote buttons will not work in aux mode

  3. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if they controls do not function on call or other media players

  4. Check if the remote control has been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards

  5. Before you press any playback control button, first select the correct source.

  6. Reduce the distance between the remote control and the unit.

  7. Insert the battery with its polarities (+/-) aligned as indicated.

  8. Check that the batteries in the remote are functional and of the correct type, try to replace the battery.

  9. Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the unit.

  1. Check if the AAVANTE Bar 3200D and the subwoofer are plugged in properly to the power source and turned on using the button on the soundbar or the remote.

  2. Check if there are any loose wirings.

  3. Turn off the power switch and wait for a few minutes and try again.

General FAQs

  • Press the Power On/Off button on the remote control or soundbar control panel to turn the unit on or Switch it off.

  1. The unit will automatically turn to standby mode when no audio input is received for 30 Min. The Soundbar will wake up from Standby mode when any button is pressed, or source input is received.

  2. If the TV or the external unit is disconnected, switch it off

  3. To switch the unit off completely, remove the main plug from the mains socket

  4. Please turn the unit off completely to save energy when not in use.

  • Press the “ ” button repeatedly on the Soundbar or press the INPUT button on the remote control to select the BT, AUX, OPTICAL, HDMI ARC & USB Mode.

  • EQ Modes: The soundbar has three Equalizer modes

  1. Press the BT button on the remote control or repeatedly press the MODE button on the soundbar control panel until BT gets displayed on the LED screen. The LED display will flash to indicate that the soundbar is in Bluetooth pairing mode.

  2. Ensure that the device you wish to connect is also in pairing mode and search for "Aavante Bar 3200D" in its device list.

  3. The LED display on the soundbar will stop flashing and remain constant when the two devices’ pair (The soundbar will now automatically re-pair with this device whenever it is within range and has Bluetooth turned on).

  4. Once paired, the remote control can be used to play, pause, and navigate between tracks on compatible iOS and Android devices.

  1. Connect a compatible device using a 3.5mm stereo jack cable. Select AUX mode either by pressing the mode button on your remote control or soundbar control panel repeatedly until AUX is displayed on the LED screen.

  2. Ensure the connected device is producing audio signal , then adjust the volume of the soundbar by pressing the volume up and volume down buttons on the remote control or the soundbar control panel.

  1. The soundbar is compatible with USB flash drives up to 64GB in size and can directly play MP3 and WAV audio files. Simply insert a compatible drive into the USB port on the back of the soundbar and the soundbar will automatically switch to USB mode and play the first compatible track.

  2. The media controls on the remote control can be used to play, pause and navigate between tracks on the flash drive and the LED display will indicate the current track time.

  3. USB repeat mode (also accessed via the remote control) enables single track repeat (ONE) and all track repeat (ALL). The media player also has a memory function that will recall and continue from the last played point when a USB flash drive that has previously been used with the soundbar is reinserted.

  1. Connect a compatible device to the optical input on the soundbar by a digital optical cable , select OPT mode either by pressing the MODE button on your remote control or soundbar control panel repeatedly until OPT is displayed on the LED screen.

  2. Ensure Optical SPDIF is selected as the TV's audio output, then adjust the volume of the soundbar by pressing the volume up and volume down buttons on the remote control or soundbar control panel.

  1. Connect an HDMI(ARC) compatible device to the HDMI(ARC) port the soundbar by an HDMI cable. Select HDMI(ARC) mode either by Pressing the ARC button on remote control or repeatedly pressing the MODE button on the soundbar control panel until ARC gets displayed on the LED screen.

  2. Ensure HDMI(ARC) is selected as the TV’s audio output, then adjust the volume of soundbar by volume up and down buttons on the remote control or soundbar control panel.

  1. Connect a compatible device to the COAXIAL port on the soundbar using a digital coaxial cable. Select COAX mode either by pressing the MODE button on your remote control or soundbar control panel repeatedly until COA is displayed on the LED screen.

  2. Ensure Coaxial is selected as the TV's audio output, then adjust the volume of the soundbar using the volume up and volume down buttons on the remote control or soundbar control panel.
