Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.

Check if you have connected the AUX cable properly and in the correct orientation on both ends.

Check if the problem persists even after using a different cable or different device to connect to the soundbar.

Make sure that your music files are in the MP3 format on the card.

Check if the charging is done till the red LED turns off.

Check if the battery was not tampered with or exposed to any electrical damage.

Check if the charging port is not clogged with dirt.

Please check if the adapter and charging cable support fast charging.

Check if the connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.

Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.

Check for different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.

Check if the problem occurs when connected to different power sockets.

Check to see if the device has been properly connected, i.e., the jack is properly inserted into the device for AUX.

Check that the USB flash drive that is connected is functional for USB mode.

Check that the microSD/TF card is properly functioning for TF mode.

Check if it is connected by Bluetooth then it is paired properly.

Your TV may be set to variable audio output. Confirm that the audio output setting is set to FIXED or STANDARD, not VARIABLE.

Check if the device has been properly connected to the power socket and if the problem occurs on all modes of playback.

Check if Aavante 2.0 150 is plugged in properly to the power source and turned on using the power toggle button on the soundbar.

Check if there are any loose wirings.

Turn off the power switch and wait for a few minutes and try again.

Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device.

Check if the device is in AUX mode because the buttons will not work in AUX mode.

Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players.

Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.

When the device is charging, the LED turns red.

The LED will turn off once the device is fully charged.

Short press the RGB LED button 1 time to turn on the light effect.

You can switch between the 6 LED modes and turn off the light effect by short pressing the button.

For USB it will play directly upon connection of a USB drive.

Alternatively, short press the “M” button on the soundbar repeatedly to switch to USB mode.

For TF Card, it will switch to TF card mode automatically upon insertion.

Alternatively, short press the Mode (M) button on the soundbar to switch the soundbar to TF mode.

Power ON: Toggle left to power on the device.

Power OFF: Toggle right to power off the device.

The default mode will be Bluetooth mode.

The unit will automatically turn off if no connection is received for 20 minutes.

The soundbar will immediately go into pairing mode.

The Bluetooth pairing name will be “Aavante 2.0 150”.

Once paired successfully, the LED will be solid blue.

In BT/USB/TF Card modes: Short press the Play/Pause button to play/pause the sound.

In AUX mode: Short press the button to mute/unmute the sound.

Short press the Play/Pause button to answer an incoming call and hang up an ongoing call.

Long press the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds to reject an incoming call.

Short press the Play/Pause button 3 times to redial the last contacted number.

Long press for 3 seconds to skip to the next track.

Long press for 3 seconds to return to the previous track.

Plug in your USB drive into the soundbar’s USB port to automatically switch to USB mode.

Alternatively, short press the “M” button on the soundbar to switch to USB mode.

Insert a microSD/TF card into the TF card slot and it will switch to TF card mode automatically.

Alternatively, short press the mode (M) button on the soundbar to switch the soundbar to TF mode.

Utilize the provided 3.5mm cable to connect the soundbar to your media device.

Short press the “M” button on the soundbar switch to AUX mode.

Turn on the two Aavante 2.0 150 soundbars that you want to connect in TWS Mode.

Long press the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds on one of the soundbars to activate/deactivate TWS mode.

Only 2 soundbars of the same model can be connected in True Wireless Mode.
