The jack is properly inserted into the device for AUX.

Properly connected with the HDMI cable from unit's HDMI (ARC) slot to the HDMI (ARC) slot on your ARC compatible TV.

Check if the protective cap of the OPTICAL cable is removed, then connect the OPTICAL cable to the TV’s OPTICAL OUT socket and the OPTICAL port on the unit.

The USB flash drive that is connected is functional.

If it is connected by Bluetooth then it is paired properly and the “bt” on the display is not blinking to indicate it is properly paired in Bluetooth mode.

Check if the Aavante Bar Aura Plus and the subwoofer are plugged in properly to the power source.

Check if the devices are turned on using the button on the soundbar or the remote.

Check if there are any loose wirings.

Turn off the power switch and wait for a few minutes and try again.

Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device.

The soundbar auto-reconnects to the last paired device when powered on.

To disconnect/reconnect, double press ‘Play/Pause’ on the soundbar or short press ‘Pair’ on the remote.

Short press the + button in steps to increase the volume.

On the remote, short press Volume (+) to increase the volume, and short press Volume (-) to decrease the volume.

On the soundbar, long press the - button to return to the previous track.

Long press the + button to skip to the next track.

On the remote, short press the Previous Button to return to the previous track (in Bluetooth & USB modes).

Short press the Next Button to skip to the next track (in Bluetooth & USB modes).

Utilize the provided 3.5mm AUX cable to connect your media device.

Switch to AUX mode using the ‘M’ or 'INPUT' button (display shows "AU").

Playback must be controlled from the connected media device.

Use an optical cable to connect the soundbar to your TV or media device.

Switch to Optical mode using 'M' or 'INPUT' (display shows "OPT").

Use "-" and "+" to adjust volume.

The Amazon Firestick will not connect to the soundbar.

The soundbar and the Amazon Firestick will connect separately to the TV.
